The High Frequency Screen Mesh is engineered for fine material classification where precision, high vibration intensity, and maximum screening efficiency are required. Using high-frequency vibration (3,000–8,000 RPM depending on machine type), this screen mesh significantly improves separation accuracy for fine, wet, and ultra-fine materials. It is widely used in mineral processing plants, sand washing systems, aggregate production, and industrial wet screening applications.
The mesh surface is available in multiple materials including polyurethane (PU), stainless steel wire, and high-tensile woven mesh, delivering stable performance under continuous high-frequency operation.
